The American Association of Veterinary Parasitologists (AAVP) and Merck Animal Health would like to extend a special invitation to Veterinary Technician Educators teaching parasitology to the 70th Annual Meeting of the AAVP, June 21-24, 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri. The annual AAVP meeting is a very successful vehicle for the dissemination of the latest data and views on the biology, diagnostics and control of parasites of veterinary importance. This year will include special sessions on hookworm resistance, education and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Our meeting is also an excellent networking opportunity with parasitologists and students in academia, industry, government as well as private practitioners attending.
AAVP is offering a Veterinary Technician Educator’s registration rate ($475 for non-members and $250 for members) for those teaching parasitology in AVMA CVTEA accredited programs. Please complete the attached form to qualify for this registration rate.
There are ten Merck Animal Health Travel Scholarships (up to $500) available to offset cost of registration and travel. Recipients will also be invited to attend a dinner sponsored by Merck Animal Health. To apply for the Merck Animal Health Travel Scholarship, please download and complete the attached form. Application submissions are due by April 25, 2025.
